Onwards to Joshua Tree via Laughlin NV....

In Laughlin NV, which is on the border,(of many things :) ), on the river and a river flowing pretty fast even if they have had one of the poorest snow falls since 1957 (see it's easy, just think of a year)

After having a swim at each pool that was available at hotels, excluding Tracey and Chris', too COLD in Senora!), I feel like Burt Lancaster, traversing West U.S.A. rather than Hollywood, via the swimming pools.

This morning's swim was interesting, the other swimmer and myself stopped to admire the 2 ducks that also joined us for a few laps!
Not sure how 5000ft above sea level effects breathing, but it was a little harder than normal, may be due to the sedentary life style of "Finding U.S. America!" :)
The hotel corridor... I think I see Max or is it Ilya Kurakin from U.N.C.L.E?
and below it's Joliet Jake's modern car once the cop car was wrecked!

Coffee time!

Then off to the Joshua Trees, staying in Twentynine Palms AZ and will do the drive through the Joshua Tree National Park tomorrow and then onto Pasadena for the Rose Bowl Flea Market on Sunday.

Nice to speak to you last night, a special hello from grandma and grandpa to Jethro, Ita, Lyla and Inez, and be good for your mums! :)

A local school/day care at Twenty Nine Palms Church.
It was soooooo nice to see a real caravan after all the Whinyybags on the road.

"Peace Love Happiness"
Denise, Jan and Ray looking for rattlesnakes!

Nice rocks...

This one for Jethro... not really there, but I know how much you like dinosaurs, so I put some in the Joshua Desert for you!

Denise and Jan wanted to trade our Chev for the ute!

 Cactus, Cactus, Cactus...

So my plan was to show the amount of Joshua trees...

If you look hard you will see the person in the middle crevice,
"Eagle-eye" Jan spotted them.

Not sure why this one, but it is a nice rock.

More for the grandchildren.
Look out it is about to poo on that car!!!!!!
